How bright is it?
This fixture uses three 6-watt LED bulbs (not included), each producing approximately 800 lumens for a total of 2400 lumens - comparable to three 60W incandescent bulbs. This provides ample light for kitchen tasks and dining, but for very large rooms you may want to supplement with additional lighting.
Light color and feel
The fixture accepts T10 medium base bulbs, and the clear glass shades allow the bulb's natural color to shine through. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K bulbs; for a brighter, more energizing light, opt for 3500K-4000K. The clear glass provides unobstructed light output.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture requires three 6-watt medium base T10 LED bulbs (recommended).
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulbs you choose. Use dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible LED dimmer for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in bathrooms (away from direct water spray) and covered outdoor areas. It is not rated for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
