Description
An 8-inch, 1-light semi-flush mount from the Chelsea Collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a seedy deco swirl glass shade - perfect for entryways and hallways.
The Chelsea semi-flush mount features a delicate, fluted glass shade that exudes timeless sophistication. The graceful curves of the glass create a soft, ambient glow, adding a touch of refinement to any space. Its compact size makes it ideal for lower ceilings, blending classic style with contemporary appeal.
Best for
- Entryways and foyers with 8-foot ceilings, providing a warm welcome
- Hallways and corridors where a flush mount keeps clearance
- Bedrooms with low ceilings, mounted centered for ambient light
- Dining nooks or breakfast areas needing a soft glow
- Transitional and modern interiors that appreciate hand-blown glass
Not ideal for
- Large open rooms needing bright, task-level illumination - this is a single 100W max fixture
- Sloped or vaulted ceilings - it is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
With a single 100-watt max socket (bulb not included), you can achieve up to 1600 lumens with a 100W equivalent LED bulb, making it suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium spaces. The seedy glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare.
Light color and feel
The seedy deco swirl glass creates a textured, vintage-inspired light pattern. Using a 2700K bulb gives a warm, incandescent-like glow that flatters wood tones and neutral palettes. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust from a bright welcome to a cozy evening ambiance.
Sizing and fit
This semi-flush mount measures 8 inches in diameter and 20.5 inches in height. It's designed for ceilings at least 8 feet high; the flush mount keeps it close to the ceiling, making it suitable for standard 8-foot ceilings without feeling intrusive.
