A 7-inch mini pendant from the Chatham collection, finished in matte black with a clear ribbed glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where damp-rated fixtures are needed.
The Chatham mini pendant combines modern contemporary and transitional style with heavy cast components and a sturdy steel, cast brass, and glass construction. The matte black finish and clear ribbed glass shade create a sleek, clean look that complements a variety of decor. This fixture requires one medium base vintage bulb (not included) and is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose; a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens) is recommended for ambient lighting.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
