The Chatham mini pendant from Innovations Lighting blends Art Deco and industrial influences with a polished nickel steel and cast brass frame. How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens), it provides ample task light for a kitchen island or dining table. For ambient accent lighting, a 40W equivalent (450 lumens) works well.
Light color and feel
The mercury ribbed glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, vintage ambiance. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like glow. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage ST64 bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not in wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
