Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture requires six medium-base (E26) bulbs, recommended ST64 shape vintage bulbs.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture itself is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use standard LED or incandescent dimmers.
