The Caledonia island light combines a polished nickel steel and cast brass frame with four bell-shaped mica glass shades, creating a vintage-industrial look that suits transitional, modern, and restoration-style spaces. The fixture is damp-rated for covered patios and offers adjustable height from 18.88 to 42.88 inches.

- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, centered over the counter for task and ambient lighting

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts four medium-base (E26) bulbs, each up to 60W incandescent equivalent (or LED/CFL equivalent). With four 60W bulbs, total output is approximately 3200 lumens - bright enough for a kitchen island or dining table as primary lighting. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The mica glass shades diffuse light with a warm, amber-toned glow, similar to traditional incandescent lighting. The fixture is compatible with dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch for adjustable ambiance. Color temperature is determined by your bulb choice - warm white (2700-3000K) complements the mica finish best.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
