Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A BB-60-A bulb is recommended (sold separately).
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs. Use a standard leading-edge dimmer for incandescent or halogen bulbs, or an LED-compatible dimmer for LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/CUL damp rated, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with limited moisture, but not in direct contact with water.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty, lifetime electrical warranty.
How do I clean the glass shade? Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the shade. For smudges, use a damp cloth with mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
