How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to about 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent, bright enough for task lighting over a counter or table. Using a lower-wattage LED bulb will reduce brightness for a softer ambient effect.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The matte white glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a pleasant ambiance. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A BB-60-A bulb is recommended and sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer compatible with your bulb type.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/CUL damp rated, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
Can the cord be shortened? Yes, the 120-inch cord can be cut to your desired length during installation.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
