Description
A compact 8-inch mini pendant from the Beacon Collection, finished in oil rubbed bronze with a matte white glass globe - ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and entryways.
The Caden Beacon mini pendant brings industrial inspiration with exposed fittings, but its clean lines and modern approach make it versatile for any decor. The hand-blown glass globe diffuses light softly, while the oil rubbed bronze metal frame adds a vintage touch. With a 120-inch adjustable cord, it adapts to various ceiling heights and sloped ceilings.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task and ambient light
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens, providing focused light over tables
- Entryways and foyers, creating a welcoming focal point
- Living rooms and reading corners, as a stylish accent light
- Hallways and stairwells, adding character and illumination
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Outdoor uncovered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 120-inch cord length
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to about 1600 lumens - similar to a 100W incandescent, suitable for ambient and task lighting in medium-sized areas. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The matte white glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare and creating a pleasant ambiance. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 8 inches in diameter and 12.63 inches in height, with an adjustable hanging height from 16.38 to 133.38 inches. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. Ideal for ceilings 8 feet or higher, and compatible with sloped ceilings.
