Description
A single-light mini pendant with a satin gold metal frame and a seedy glass globe, ideal for kitchen islands, dining areas, and entryways that need focused task lighting with industrial charm.
Part of the Beacon Collection, the Caden mini pendant blends industrial inspiration with modern clean lines. The satin gold finish over metal and the hand-blown seedy glass globe create a warm, vintage look. With a 120-inch cord that can be cut to length, it adapts to various ceiling heights and is sloped ceiling compatible.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for even task lighting
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens, providing focused light over a table
- Entryways and foyers, adding a warm welcome with its vintage-inspired globe
- Covered patios and porches, as it is damp rated
- Industrial, restoration-vintage, or traditional interiors
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp rated, not wet rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 120-inch cord - it can be cut shorter
- Spaces needing bright, general illumination - this is a single 100W max fixture
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts up to a 100W incandescent bulb (not included). A typical 100W bulb produces about 1600 lumens, which is bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass globe diffuses light softly, creating a warm, ambient glow. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood. The hand-blown glass adds subtle texture and character to the light.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 8 inches in diameter and 12.63 inches in height. With the 120-inch cord, the minimum hanging height is 16.38 inches and the maximum is 133.38 inches. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. It weighs 3.5 lbs. and is sloped ceiling compatible.
