Description
A 6-inch mini pendant from the Beacon Collection, finished in satin gold with seedy glass, for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Caden mini pendant brings industrial inspiration with exposed fittings, but its clean lines and dramatic styling give it a modern edge. The satin gold metal frame and hand-blown seedy glass globe create a warm, textured glow that suits a range of interiors, from restoration-vintage to traditional.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task and ambient light
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for a warm, inviting atmosphere
- Entryways and foyers, as a statement accent
- Coffee bars and home bars, adding a vintage-industrial touch
- Covered patios and sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 120-inch cord - it can be cut to length, but plan for the minimum hanging height
- Rooms requiring bright, focused task lighting - this is an accent fixture, not a primary light source
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included), which typically produces around 1600 lumens - comparable to a standard 100W bulb, suitable for ambient and accent lighting rather than as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified, but with a recommended ST64 bulb, you can choose a warm white (2700K-3000K) for a cozy, traditional feel. The seedy glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a gentle glow. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood with a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 6 inches wide and 10.63 inches high, with a hanging height adjustable from 14.38 to 131.38 inches thanks to the 120-inch cord. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. It's sloped ceiling compatible, making it versatile for various ceiling types.
