Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Beacon Collection, finished in satin gold with a mercury glass globe - ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
Caden takes industrial inspiration - exposed fittings, clean lines - and gives it a modern, dramatic edge. The hand-blown mercury glass shade softens the light into a warm glow, while the satin gold metal adds a refined touch. This pendant works beautifully over a kitchen island, in a dining room, or in a hallway, bringing character and focused illumination.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for even task lighting
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for ambient and accent light
- Entryways and stairwells, adding a sculptural focal point
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Bedrooms and reading nooks, as a stylish accent light
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 46-inch hanging length
- Primary room lighting in large open-plan areas - it's designed for accent and task use
How bright is it?
This pendant accepts one 100W incandescent bulb (not included) - roughly 1600 lumens if you use a 100W equivalent LED. That's about as bright as a traditional 100W bulb, ideal for task lighting over a counter or table, not as a sole source of room light in a large space.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shade diffuses light into a soft, warm glow. With a 2700K LED bulb, you'll get a cozy, amber tone that flatters wood and brass finishes. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright task light to a gentle evening ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 inches in diameter and 16 inches high. With the included stems, you can hang it from 22.88 to 46.88 inches, making it suitable for ceilings from 8 to 10 feet. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter, and the fixture weighs just 3.5 pounds.
