Description
A 12-inch LED flush mount for hallways and bedrooms, finished in antique brass with seedy glass.
The Caden Beacon collection brings industrial inspiration with exposed fittings, but takes a modern approach with clean lines and dramatic styling. The antique brass finish and hand-blown seedy glass shade create a warm, textured glow that suits a variety of interiors.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors with 8-9 ft ceilings, providing even ambient light
- Bedrooms as a primary ceiling light, especially in smaller rooms up to 10x10 ft
- Entryways and foyers, mounted flush to the ceiling for a low-profile look
- Dining areas and kitchens where a compact, unobtrusive light is needed
- Industrial-style lofts and apartments seeking a vintage-inspired accent
Not ideal for
- Large open-plan living areas over 15x15 ft, as the light output may be insufficient
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite damp rating, if you prefer a brighter fixture
- Sloped or vaulted ceilings, as this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
How bright is it?
This fixture includes one 100W LED bulb that produces 600 lumens - about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb. It's ideal for ambient lighting in small to medium rooms, but not as a primary light for large spaces.
Light color and feel
The included LED bulb emits 2700K warm white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 82, colors appear natural, though not as vivid as higher-CRI bulbs. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Measuring 12 inches in diameter and 14.5 inches in height, this flush mount fits well in rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter, and the fixture weighs only 2.8 lbs, making it easy to install.
