Description
A 12-inch, single-light mini pendant for kitchen islands and dining areas, finished in satin gold with a matte white glass globe.
The Caden mini pendant reveals industrial inspiration with exposed fittings but takes a modern approach. Its satin gold metal frame and hand-blown matte white glass globe create a dramatic yet clean look. The 120-inch cord allows for flexible hanging heights, and it's sloped ceiling compatible.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over a 6-8 ft island
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for ambient light
- Entryways or stairwells, adding a sculptural accent
- Damp-rated spaces like covered patios or bathrooms with ventilation
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging height is about 20 inches
- Large open spaces needing bright, widespread illumination - this is a focused accent light
How bright is it?
This fixture uses one 100W incandescent bulb (not included) and is compatible with LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. With a standard 100W incandescent, you'll get about 1600 lumens - similar to a 100W bulb, suitable for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The matte white glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a pleasant ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 inches in diameter and 16.13 inches high. The shade is 12 inches in diameter and 12.5 inches high. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. The cord is 120 inches long and can be cut to your desired length, allowing for hanging heights from about 20 inches to 137 inches.
