Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a satin gold metal frame and clear hand-blown glass globe, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Caden pendant from the Beacon Collection brings industrial inspiration with exposed fittings, but its clean lines and dramatic styling give it a modern edge. The satin gold finish pairs beautifully with the clear glass globe, creating a warm, inviting glow. Perfect for adding a touch of vintage character to contemporary spaces.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task lighting over a 6-8 ft counter
- Dining rooms, centered above a table for ambient and accent light
- Entryways and foyers with 8-9 ft ceilings, as a statement piece
- Living rooms and reading nooks, providing focused light over a side table or desk
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft if you need the full 120-inch cord length
- Primary room lighting in large open-plan areas - it's designed for accent or task use
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With a 100W incandescent bulb (not included), it can produce roughly 1600 lumens - comparable to a standard 100W bulb, suitable for accent and task lighting. For ambient light in larger rooms, consider pairing with additional fixtures.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The clear glass shade allows the bulb to be visible, so consider a vintage-style ST64 bulb for an industrial look. Dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer switch.
