Description
A single-light mini pendant from the Caden collection, finished in matte black with a mercury glass globe, for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Caden mini pendant reveals industrial inspiration with exposed fittings and a modern approach. The matte black finish and mercury glass shade create a dramatic, vintage-inspired look that works well in a variety of settings.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms, centered above a table for a warm, intimate glow
- Entryways and foyers, making a statement with its industrial charm
- Covered patios or porches, thanks to its damp rating
- Living rooms, used in pairs to flank a sofa or console
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp rated but not wet rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging height is about 21 inches
- Spaces needing bright, even illumination - this is accent/ambient, not a primary light
How bright is it?
With a 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce a significant amount of light. However, the actual lumen output depends on the bulb used. For a warm, ambient glow, we recommend a 60W equivalent LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shade provides a soft, diffused light with a vintage feel. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood. The color temperature will depend on the bulb you choose.
Sizing and fit
This mini pendant measures 10 inches in diameter and 14.13 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 20.88 to 44.88 inches using the included stems. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter.
