This 1-light fixture features an antique brass finish over steel and cast brass, paired with a seedy glass shade in a classic schoolhouse shape. The damp-rated certification makes it suitable for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base bulb (E26) up to 60W incandescent equivalent. Using a 60W incandescent bulb produces about 800 lumens, similar to a standard living room lamp. For a warmer, dimmer glow, use a 40W bulb (450 lumens). LED bulbs can provide equivalent brightness at lower wattage.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting ambiance. For a traditional incandescent feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is not dimmable unless you use a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 12 inches in diameter and 18 inches in height. It mounts flush to the ceiling with a 4.5-inch diameter canopy. Ideal for ceilings 8-10 ft high. The shade is 11.88 inches wide and 13.12 inches tall.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
