Description
A 10-inch hand-blown glass globe pendant in champagne bronze and slate, designed to bring a modern-industrial touch to kitchen islands and dining spaces.
The Brookhaven Sphere combines a sleek champagne bronze canopy with a hand-blown slate glass globe, offering a dynamic look that fits seamlessly into most décor styles. The 120-inch gold cord can be cut to your desired length, and the fixture is dimmable and damp rated. It's a versatile choice for homes that want a touch of vintage-modern elegance.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 5-7 ft long, hung in a cluster of two or three for ambient and task lighting
- Dining rooms and breakfast nooks, centered over a table for warm, inviting light
- Entryways and stairwells, adding a sculptural accent at 9-10 ft ceilings
- Covered patios and sunrooms, thanks to its damp location rating
- Bedrooms as a bedside pendant, paired with a dimmer for soft reading light
Not ideal for
- Large living rooms needing bright, general illumination - this is a decorative accent light
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 10-ft cord length
- Wet outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - damp rated, not wet rated
How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose (bulbs not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED, expect around 800 lumens - suitable for accent or ambient lighting over a table or island.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb. For a warm, cozy feel, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The slate glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a pleasant glow. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and a standard dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Measures 10 inches in diameter and 8 inches high, with a 9-inch tall shade. Hangs from a 120-inch gold cord, adjustable from 11.88 to 128.88 inches. Canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. Works well over islands and tables with 8-10 ft ceilings.
