Description
An 8-inch mini pendant with a hand-blown amber glass globe shade and polished nickel metal frame, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Brookhaven Globe mini pendant brings an industrial yet transitional look to your home. Its spherical amber glass shade, hand-blown for a unique character, pairs with a polished nickel canopy and cord. The 120-inch adjustable cord lets you hang it at the perfect height over islands, counters, or tables. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios and bathrooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task lighting
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens, providing ambient light over tables
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Entryways and hallways, adding a warm accent
- Bathrooms in damp locations, such as above a vanity
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing bright, primary illumination - this is a single 100W fixture
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain, as it is only damp-rated
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can emit up to about 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W bulb. It's bright enough for task lighting over an island or ambient light in a dining area, but not for illuminating a whole large room.
Light color and feel
The amber glass shade casts a warm, golden glow, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood. For best results, use a dimmer compatible with your bulb type.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 7.88 inches in diameter and 12 inches in overall height. The cord is 120 inches long and can be cut to your desired length, allowing for a minimum hanging height of about 12 inches and a maximum of about 129 inches. It is sloped ceiling compatible, making it versatile for various ceiling types.
