Description
A 48-inch four-light island fixture from the Brookhaven Globe Collection, finished in antique copper with sapphire blue glass globes - designed to make a statement over kitchen islands and dining tables.
This linear island light combines industrial and transitional styling with hand-blown sapphire blue glass shades. The antique copper finish and globe-shaped shades create a striking visual anchor. It includes multiple stems for customizable hanging lengths and a swivel for sloped ceilings, making it versatile for various ceiling types.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, providing bright task lighting over food prep areas
- Dining room tables, creating a focal point and ambient light
- Large entryways and foyers, adding a dramatic touch
- Covered patios and damp-rated areas, thanks to its damp rating
Not ideal for
- Small rooms or spaces with low ceilings where a compact fixture would be more appropriate
- Areas needing a soft, diffused glow - the glass globes provide direct light
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts four 100W bulbs (not included), which could produce up to 6400 lumens total - comparable to four standard 100W incandescent bulbs, suitable for bright task and ambient lighting in large spaces.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs used. The fixture is compatible with incandescent, LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The sapphire blue glass adds a cool tint to the light, creating a unique ambiance.
