Description
A compact semi-flush mount with a hand-blown amber glass globe, ideal for kitchens, hallways, and entryways with low ceilings.
The Brookhaven Globe from Innovations Lighting brings an industrial-modern touch to any room. Its matte black metal canopy and frame contrast beautifully with the warm amber glass globe, creating a striking focal point. The hand-blown glass adds a unique, artisanal quality, while the versatile design fits seamlessly into transitional, industrial, or vintage-inspired interiors.
Best for
- Kitchens with 8-9 ft ceilings, providing ambient light over a sink or island
- Hallways and entryways, mounted at standard height to welcome guests
- Bedrooms and living rooms needing a space-saving flush mount
- Dining areas with low ceilings where a pendant would be too tall
- Covered porches or bathrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Large open rooms requiring high lumen output - this is an accent light, not a primary source
- Sloped ceilings - not adaptable to angled installations
- Spaces where you prefer a bright, cool white light - the amber glass casts a warm glow
How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 100W incandescent equivalent LED bulb, you can expect around 1600 lumens, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage bulb.
Light color and feel
The amber glass shade filters the light to a warm, golden tone, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood. For best results, use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Sizing and fit
With a compact 7.88-inch diameter and 12.5-inch height, this semi-flush mount fits well in spaces with 8-foot ceilings. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter, covering a standard junction box. It is not sloped-ceiling adaptable.
