How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose (not included). With four medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W each (240W total) or use LED equivalents for lower wattage. For a typical kitchen island, 4 x 800-lumen LED bulbs (3200 lumens total) provide ample task and ambient light.
Light color and feel
Choose your own bulbs to set the color temperature. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. For a brighter, more modern feel, 3500K-4000K works well. The slate glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 48 in wide, 15.5 in high, with an adjustable height range of 24.5 to 48.5 in (including stem). The canopy is 6 x 4.5 x 0.75 in. It weighs 14.95 lbs and requires a ceiling support box rated for at least 15 lbs. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with no direct water exposure. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
