Description
A 48-inch, 4-light island pendant from Innovations Lighting's Brookhaven Flute collection, finished in brushed brass with opal glass shades, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated indoor spaces.
The Brookhaven Flute island light combines heavy cast brass and steel construction with a sleek, industrial-modern aesthetic. The brushed brass finish and opal globe shades create a warm, diffused glow that complements both contemporary and restoration-vintage interiors. With a damp location rating, it's suitable for covered outdoor areas as well.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose (not included). With four medium-base sockets, using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) yields roughly 3200 lumens total - bright enough to illuminate a kitchen island or dining table as the primary light source. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage vintage-style bulbs.
Light color and feel
The opal glass shades diffuse light evenly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting ambiance. For a classic warm white look, pair with 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright task lighting to soft dinner lighting.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 48 in wide, 15.5 in high, with an adjustable height range of 24.5 to 48.5 in (including stem). The canopy is 6 x 4.5 x 0.75 in. Each opal glass shade is 7 in wide and 12 in high. The fixture weighs 14.95 lbs and requires a ceiling support box rated for at least 20 lbs. Sloped ceilings are adaptable.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. We recommend four medium-base (E26) vintage ST64 bulbs.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard LED dimmer for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with no direct water exposure. Not for wet locations.

How do I clean the opal glass shades? Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. For deeper cleaning, remove the shades and wash gently with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
