Description
A 25-inch, 3-light bath vanity light with an antique copper finish and slate glass shades, designed for damp-rated bathroom installations.
The Brookhaven Flute collection combines industrial-inspired design with heavy cast components for a sturdy, contemporary look. This fixture features an antique copper finish over steel and cast brass, paired with slate glass shades that evoke a vintage industrial aesthetic. The Edison series allows customization with over 100 shade options, but this configuration comes ready with three globe-shaped slate glass shades.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose (not included). With three medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W each (or LED equivalent). Using three 60W incandescent bulbs yields about 2400 lumens total, suitable for a bathroom vanity area. For a softer glow, use lower wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The slate glass shades diffuse light, creating a warm, ambient glow. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch, allowing you to adjust from bright task lighting to a relaxing bath-time ambiance. The antique copper finish adds a warm, vintage tone that complements warm white light (2700K-3000K).
Sizing and fit
Overall width 25 inches, height 17.25 inches, extension 8 inches from the wall. Backplate is 4.5 inches in diameter. Mounting center to top is 2.5 inches. Ideal for bathrooms with standard 8-foot ceilings; the fixture mounts directly to the wall junction box.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
