How bright is it?
Brightness depends on bulbs used. With three medium-base sockets, using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (approx 800 lumens each) yields about 2400 lumens total - suitable for ambient lighting in medium rooms. Bulbs not included.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by bulb choice. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The slate glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
