Description
A 7-inch wall sconce from the Brookhaven Flute Collection, finished in antique copper with an amber glass shade, ideal for bedrooms and hallways.
This sconce brings a dynamic, hand-blown glass bell shade that diffuses light beautifully. The antique copper finish and industrial-vintage style make it a versatile accent for transitional and modern-contempo interiors. Its compact size fits well in narrow spaces.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted as a reading light beside the bed
- Hallways and corridors, providing ambient accent light
- Living rooms, flanking a fireplace or artwork
- Entryways, adding a warm welcome
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Outdoor uncovered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Spaces where you need bright task lighting - this is an accent fixture
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this sconce can produce up to about 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W bulb. It's suitable for accent and ambient lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
The amber glass shade creates a warm, golden glow that flatters skin tones and adds coziness. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood. For best results, use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 7 inches wide, 8 inches deep, and 11 inches high, with an 8-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 inches wide and 6.25 inches high. It works well in rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings.
