Description
A 48-inch, 4-light island pendant from the Brookhaven Cloche collection, finished in satin gold with opal glass shades, for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
This linear pendant brings a refined industrial look to larger kitchen islands and dining tables. The satin gold metal frame and hand-blown opal glass cylinders diffuse light softly, while the adjustable stem lengths let you customize the hanging height to suit your space. Its versatile transitional style pairs well with both modern and vintage-inspired interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6 to 8 feet long, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining rooms with tables seating 6-8, centered over the table
- Open-plan living areas where a statement linear light is needed
- Vaulted or sloped ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree swivel
- Damp-rated locations like covered patios or sunrooms
Not ideal for
- Small spaces under 8-foot ceilings where a 48-inch fixture may overwhelm
- Rooms needing a single point of bright task light, as this is designed for ambient illumination
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. Each socket accepts up to a 100W incandescent bulb (or equivalent LED), so with four bulbs you can achieve bright ambient light. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage bulbs or a dimmer.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose. The opal glass shades diffuse light to create a warm, even glow that flatters both modern and traditional interiors. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright and functional to soft and intimate.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 48 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 15.88 inches high. Hanging height is adjustable from 14.75 to 38.75 inches using the included stems (two 6-inch and four 12-inch). The rectangular canopy measures 4.5 by 6.25 inches. Ideal for ceilings 9 feet or higher.
