Description
A 24-inch semi-flush mount from the Brookhaven Cloche collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with opal glass shades - ideal for living rooms and dining rooms where you want a statement light that provides broad, diffused illumination.
This semi-flush mount features a sleek metal frame in brushed satin nickel, paired with three hand-blown opal glass cylinder shades. The industrial and modern contemporary styling fits a variety of decors, from restoration-vintage to transitional. The 2mm heavy cast canopy adds durability, and the fixture is dimmable for versatile ambiance.
Best for
- Living rooms and family rooms, providing ambient light over seating areas
- Dining rooms, illuminating the table with a soft, even glow
- Bedrooms, as a stylish ceiling light that doesn't hang too low
- Entryways and foyers, making a statement with its substantial size
Not ideal for
- Small rooms under 8 feet wide - the 24-inch diameter may overwhelm the space
- Sloped ceilings - this fixture is not adaptable for sloped ceilings
How bright is it?
With three 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 4500 lumens - enough to light a large living room or dining area. The opal glass diffuses light to reduce glare.
Light color and feel
The opal glass shades create a soft, diffused light that fills the room evenly. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust from bright task lighting to a warm, intimate glow. The brushed satin nickel finish complements a range of color palettes.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 24.5 inches in length, 24.5 inches in width, and 16.88 inches in height. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter. It's designed for flat ceilings; not suitable for sloped ceilings.
