Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With four medium-base sockets, you can achieve up to 2400 lumens (using 60W equivalent LED bulbs) - enough for task lighting at a vanity. For ambient light, use lower wattage bulbs.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL listed for damp locations, so it is safe in bathrooms with ventilation but not for direct outdoor exposure.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
