Description
A 7-inch semi-flush mount ceiling light with a satin gold metal frame and opal glass shade, ideal for bedrooms and hallways.
The Brookhaven Cloche collection brings a dynamic, cylindrical silhouette that fits seamlessly into a variety of décor styles. The satin gold finish and hand-blown opal glass shade create a warm, inviting glow, while the sturdy metal construction ensures durability. This fixture is a versatile choice for homes seeking a blend of industrial and transitional design.
Best for
- Bedrooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, mounted as a primary light source
- Hallways and entryways, providing ambient light
- Living rooms and dining areas, adding a touch of industrial elegance
- Damp-rated locations such as covered porches or bathrooms
Not ideal for
- Spaces with sloped ceilings, as this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Areas requiring a very bright, task-oriented light, as it is rated for a single 100W bulb
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this fixture can produce up to 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W bulb. It provides ample ambient light for medium-sized rooms, but may not be sufficient as the sole light source in very large open areas.
Light color and feel
The opal glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood. The color temperature will depend on the bulb you choose; for a warm, incandescent-like glow, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 7 inches in diameter and 16.5 inches in height, making it suitable for rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter, and the overall weight is 3.25 lbs. It is designed for flush mounting, so it will not hang down significantly.
