The Brookhaven Cloche sconce features a sleek cylindrical design with hand-blown glass, fitting seamlessly into most décor styles. Best for
- Hallways, mounted at eye level to provide ambient light
- Bedrooms, as a reading sconce beside the bed
- Living rooms, flanking a fireplace or artwork
- Entryways, adding a warm welcome
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting - this is an accent sconce
How bright is it?
This sconce accepts one 100W incandescent bulb (not included). Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a 100W bulb, you can achieve a bright accent light; with a lower-wattage or LED bulb, a softer glow.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you select. For a warm, inviting feel, choose a bulb with a color temperature around 2700K-3000K. The slate glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a pleasant ambiance. This fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.

The sconce measures 8 inches long, 7 inches wide, and 16.75 inches high. It extends 8 inches from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 inches wide and 6.25 inches high. Ideal for hallways and bedrooms with standard 8-foot ceilings.
