Description
A 7-inch wall sconce from the Brookhaven Cloche Collection, finished in champagne bronze with a slate glass shade, for bedrooms and hallways.
The Brookhaven Cloche sconce combines industrial design with a touch of elegance. Its cylindrical slate glass shade is hand-blown, offering unique character. The champagne bronze finish on the metal frame and rectangular backplate adds warmth and sophistication, making it a versatile addition to various decor styles.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted beside the bed as a reading light or ambient accent
- Hallways and corridors, providing warm, inviting light along the path
- Living rooms, flanking a fireplace or media console for balanced illumination
- Entryways, adding a stylish welcome and practical illumination
- Dining areas, used in pairs to create a cozy, intimate atmosphere
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Outdoor uncovered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Spaces with very low ceilings - the sconce extends 8 inches from the wall
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this sconce can produce up to about 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W bulb. For a softer, accent light, use a lower-wattage LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy glow, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The slate glass shade diffuses light, reducing glare and creating a soft, ambient illumination. The fixture is dimmable, so you can easily set the perfect ambiance.
Sizing and fit
This sconce measures 8 inches long, 7 inches wide, and 16.75 inches high, with an 8-inch extension from the wall. It is ideal for standard 8-foot ceilings and works well in rooms of any size. The rectangular backplate is 4.5 inches wide and 6.25 inches high, covering a standard junction box.
