Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). A standard 60W incandescent equivalent (800 lumens) provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or dining table. For a dimmer ambiance, use a lower-wattage vintage bulb.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is damp-rated, suitable for covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
