With 8 bulbs (not included), the total brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Recommended 6-watt LED bulbs produce about 800 lumens each, for a total of 6400 lumens - bright enough for a large dining room or foyer. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage bulbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. We recommend 8 medium base (E26) T10 LED bulbs, 6 watts each.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer. Use a standard LED dimmer for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in bathrooms (away from direct water spray) and covered outdoor areas. It is not rated for wet locations, so avoid direct exposure to rain.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
