Best for
- Entryways and foyers, providing a warm welcome
- Hallways and corridors, as a space-saving light source
- Bathrooms with a 36-48 in vanity, hung 6 in above the countertop
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Bedrooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, as a flush mount
Not ideal for
- Rooms with sloped ceilings - this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Spaces needing bright, primary lighting - this is a medium-output fixture
- Outdoor areas with direct rain exposure - it is damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer, but it accepts up to a 100W incandescent bulb (or equivalent LED), providing ample light for a hallway or bathroom.
