The Brookfield mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Its polished chrome finish and clear ribbed glass shade offer a classic, transitional look that complements both modern and vintage decor. The included 6W LED vintage-style bulb provides warm 2700K light, and the fixture is damp-rated for use in bathrooms or covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb—comparable to a 40W incandescent. Ideal for accent, task, or ambient lighting over a small area, but not sufficient as a sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white—a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. The clear ribbed glass diffuses light gently, creating a warm glow. With a CRI of 82, color rendering is adequate for most spaces.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
