The Brookfield mini pendant combines an austere industrial aesthetic with a crisp contemporary feel. Its oil rubbed bronze finish and clear ribbed glass shade evoke a vintage factory look, while the 180-degree adjustable swivel allows you to direct light exactly where needed. The 10-foot brown textured cord and sloped ceiling adaptability make it versatile for various ceiling types.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent (LED recommended). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED, expect about 800 lumens - suitable for task lighting over a small area or accent lighting. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage vintage-style bulb.
Light color and feel
The clear ribbed glass shade provides a transparent, slightly textured look that showcases the bulb. For a warm, inviting ambiance, pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and compatible dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
