The Brookfield mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with Art Nouveau and transitional elements. The heavy cast steel and brass construction gives it a sturdy, timeless look. The white frosted ribbed glass shade softens the light while adding texture. How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting over a small area.
Light color and feel
The white frosted ribbed glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. For a warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
