The Brookfield island light combines industrial and transitional styling with a Black Antique Brass finish and white frosted ribbed glass shades. The steel and cast brass construction ensures durability, while the dome-shaped shades diffuse light beautifully. How bright is it?
With four medium-base sockets (E26), brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using four 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each), total output is approximately 3200 lumens - comparable to a 200W incandescent, sufficient for task lighting over a kitchen island. For ambient dining, dimmable bulbs allow you to adjust the mood.
Light color and feel
The white frosted ribbed glass shades soften and diffuse light, reducing glare. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard LED dimmer.
