The Brookfield chandelier combines industrial styling with a versatile matte black finish and clear ribbed glass shades. Its six arms create a balanced, open silhouette that works well over dining tables or in living spaces. The damp location rating allows use in covered patios or bathrooms.

Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With six medium-base sockets (E26), you can achieve up to 4800 lumens using 800-lumen LED bulbs - equivalent to six 60W incandescent bulbs. This is suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. For dimmable control, use compatible LED bulbs and a standard dimmer.
Light color and feel
The clear ribbed glass shades diffuse light gently, creating a warm glow. Choose bulbs with a color temperature that suits your space: 2700K-3000K for a cozy, warm ambiance; 3500K-4000K for a more neutral, clean light. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
