A 28-inch, 3-light pendant from Innovations Lighting's Brookfield collection, finished in oil rubbed bronze with clear ribbed glass shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Brookfield pendant blends industrial and transitional style with a robust steel and cast brass construction. The oil rubbed bronze finish and clear ribbed glass shades create a vintage-inspired look that complements both modern and traditional interiors. With its adjustable stem-hung design, this fixture is adaptable to sloped ceilings and damp locations.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts three medium-base (E26) bulbs up to 60W each (not included). With three 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is approximately 2400 lumens - bright enough for a kitchen island or dining area. LED or CFL equivalents can provide similar light with less energy.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is your choice. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The clear ribbed glass shades diffuse light slightly while maintaining a clear view of vintage-style bulbs (ST64 shape recommended). The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 27.5 inches wide and 11.38 inches tall. The canopy is 4.875 inches in diameter and 0.875 inches high. The stem-hung design allows you to adjust the hanging length to suit your ceiling height. For an 8-ft ceiling, a typical hanging length is 30-36 inches from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
