A 28-inch wide, 3-light pendant from the Brookfield collection, finished in matte black with white frosted ribbed glass shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Brookfield pendant combines industrial and transitional styling with a sleek matte black finish and white frosted ribbed glass shades. The three-light design provides ample illumination while the adjustable stem allows for customized hanging height. Made from steel, cast brass, and glass, this fixture is built to last and is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts three medium-base (E26) bulbs up to 60W each (not included). Using three 60W incandescent-equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each), total output is approximately 2400 lumens - bright enough for a kitchen island or dining table as primary lighting. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The white frosted ribbed glass shades diffuse light evenly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambient glow. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright task lighting to soft dinner ambiance.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
