A 28-inch, 3-light pendant from the Brookfield collection, finished in brushed brass with white frosted ribbed glass shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Brookfield pendant combines industrial and transitional styling with a sleek brushed brass finish and white frosted ribbed glass shades. The three dome-shaped shades direct light downward, creating a warm, inviting glow. Made from steel, cast brass, and glass, this fixture is built to last and is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts three medium-base (E26) bulbs up to 60W each (LED equivalent). With three 60W-equivalent LED bulbs, expect around 2400 lumens total - enough to light a kitchen island or dining table, but not a primary room light for a large space.
Light color and feel
The white frosted ribbed glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambient glow. For a cozy feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs; for a cleaner, more modern look, 3500K-4000K works well. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 27.5 in wide and 11.38 in high, with a canopy diameter of 4.875 in. It hangs from a stem (included) and is sloped-ceiling adaptable. For an 8-ft ceiling, the fixture will hang approximately 12-18 in below the ceiling; adjust stem length as needed. Weight is 4 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
