The Brookfield pendant combines industrial heritage with modern versatility. Its antique brass finish and clear ribbed glass shades evoke a vintage aesthetic while fitting seamlessly into contemporary and transitional spaces. The three-light design provides ample illumination for task and ambient lighting.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W equivalent LED bulbs per socket for a total of roughly 2400 lumens—bright enough for a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage vintage bulbs.
Light color and feel
The clear ribbed glass shades diffuse light softly while showcasing the filament of vintage-style bulbs. For a warm, inviting ambiance, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when paired with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 27.5 inches wide by 11.38 inches high, with a canopy diameter of 4.875 inches. It hangs from the ceiling via a stem (included), and the overall height can be adjusted during installation. Suitable for rooms with ceilings 8 ft or higher.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
