The Brookfield mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The brushed brass finish and clear ribbed glass shade evoke a vintage yet transitional aesthetic. Part of the Edison family, this fixture features heavy cast components and can be paired with various glass or metal shades to suit your decor. The adjustable hanging length and damp location rating make it suitable for a range of indoor and covered outdoor settings.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - suitable for task lighting over a small island or ambient accent in a dining nook. For more light, use a higher-wattage A19 bulb (max 60W incandescent equivalent).
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. A warm white (2700K-3000K) bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the brushed brass finish and clear glass. The ribbed glass diffuses light gently, reducing glare while maintaining a clear view of the filament.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
