How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect around 800 lumens - suitable for accent or ambient lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Use a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K) for a soft, golden glow that complements the antique brass and natural fiber. The natural shade diffuses light gently, reducing glare.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are sold separately. A vintage ST64 bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb (not included). Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms away from direct water spray or on covered patios. Not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
How does the natural fiber shade hold up over time? The natural fiber shade is durable but should be dusted gently; avoid moisture exposure.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
