Lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose (not included). With four medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W each (or LED equivalent) for a total of 240W. For a typical kitchen island, 4 x 60W incandescent (about 800 lumens each) provides 3200 lumens - bright enough for food prep and dining. Use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer for adjustable ambiance.

Light color and feel

The seedy glass shades create a warm, diffused glow with subtle texture. For a classic warm feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a standard incandescent dimmer. CRI is not specified, but the seedy glass softens the light for a cozy atmosphere.
