The Bristol island light combines industrial and transitional styling with a sleek, linear silhouette. How bright is it?

Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts four medium-base (E26) bulbs, up to 60W each (or equivalent LED). With four 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is approximately 3200 lumens – bright enough for a primary kitchen light. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs (dimmer not included).

Light color and feel

The clear glass shades showcase the bulbs, so the light color and feel are determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The open design allows light to spread evenly, minimizing shadows on countertops.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions: 50.25 inches wide x 10.38 inches high. The height is adjustable from 19.38 to 43.38 inches via the included stem and wire (10 ft of wire). The canopy measures 6.25 x 4.5 x 1 inches. Suitable for ceilings 8 ft or higher; for 8 ft ceilings, hang at the minimum height.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. Four medium-base (E26) bulbs are required; ST64 vintage-style bulbs are recommended for the best look.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture itself is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer rated for the total wattage.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or sunrooms, but not in wet locations or directly exposed to rain. It is not recommended for bathrooms with high humidity unless well-ventilated.
