Description
A 12-inch semi-flush mount with a schoolhouse glass shade, finished in brushed brass for hallways, bathrooms, and covered porches.
The Bridgeton collection combines traditional silhouette with industrial materials. This 1-light semi-flush mount features a heavy cast brass and steel frame in brushed brass, paired with a matte white cased glass shade that softens the light. The damp-rated construction makes it suitable for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas.

- Hallways and entryways with 8-9 ft ceilings, providing ambient light without taking up headroom

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base bulb (E26) up to 60W equivalent LED. With a 60W equivalent LED (about 800 lumens), it provides comfortable ambient light for a hallway or small bathroom. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens). Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
Choose your own color temperature by selecting the bulb. For a warm, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The matte white frosted glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare and creating a soft ambient effect.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 11.75 inches wide and 11 inches tall, with a 4.5-inch diameter canopy. It projects 11 inches from the ceiling, making it suitable for standard 8-9 ft ceilings. The shade is 12 inches wide and 6 inches tall. Weighs only 2.2 lbs, easy to install on a standard junction box.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
