A 12-inch mini pendant from the Bridgeton collection, finished in brushed brass with a matte white frosted glass shade—ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and hallways.
The Bridgeton mini pendant combines traditional charm with industrial heritage. Its brushed brass finish and cast brass accents pair with a matte white cased glass shade in a classic schoolhouse shape. Part of the Franklin Restoration family, this fixture brings a heavy, handcrafted look to any space.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose (not included). Using a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED (800 lumens), this pendant provides warm ambient light suitable for task areas. For a dimmable option, pair with a compatible LED dimmer.
Light color and feel
The matte white frosted glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. The recommended ST64 vintage bulb adds a decorative filament look. Color temperature is bulb-dependent—choose 2700K-3000K for a warm, incandescent-like feel.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
